Information Day For NMS' Of Western Balkan Countries

Since 2009, EUMETSAT has organised a biennial Information Day for the National Meteorological Services of the Western Balkan region, which are not EUMETSAT member or cooperating states.

The main objective of these Information Days is to inform the NMS' about the status of EUMETSAT programmes and planned activities, notably training, to gather feedback from the users of EUMETSAT data and products, to plan joint actions to improve access (via EUMETCast) and to improve the use of satellite data in the countries of this region.
