The EUMETSAT user portal, the most recent addition to our online services, is the one-stop-shop for our satellite data users. By exploring the portal, users can discover, access, and learn how to exploit our data. In the near future, users will be able to register for, and personalise subscriptions to, data via the user portal, replacing the existing Earth Observation Portal. The user portal is a major step forward in how our users obtain and access our satellite data and information, enhancing the experience for all.
The EUMETSAT website will now focus more specifically on serving the needs of a more general audience and will provide our partners and member states with all the information they need. The EUMETSAT website will expand its content to include outstanding and informative imagery, while developing new features to better reach out to more audiences.
This targeted approach will enable us to answer the very different needs of the many interested parties that we regularly collaborate with in a more efficient way. However, as our content is now distributed over two platforms, we highly recommend that our frequent visitors update bookmarks. For a sneak preview of the user portal, watch our introduction to the user portal video.
