COVID-19 - Latest status of services for users
In these very special times, we continue to work to the best of our ability to ensure that our operational services are delivered without interruption or delay.

We are also doing everything we can to continue providing the EUMETSAT User Helpdesk services in the best possible way.
However, noting that the majority of the personnel is now working off-site, the following User Support services are currently affected:
- We are not able to attend to requests for new EKUs (EUMETCast Key Units) in a timely manner.
- The processing of orders placed via our Data Centre ordering service is delayed.
- We are temporarily not able to take phone calls on the User Helpdesk (ext. 3660 and 3770) and encourage the use of emails to the known Helpdesk Email Account at ops@eumetsat.int instead.
